Privacy Policy

Addicted to Results ("ATR", "we", "us", or "our") is a health and fitness product operated by Eclipse Design Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information ATR handles when you use the ATR mobile application or visit the ATR website at addictedtoresults.app.

1. Local-first health and fitness data

ATR is designed so that your primary health and fitness database stays on your device. With your permission, the app can read information from Apple HealthKit on iOS or Health Connect on Android, including activity, sleep, workouts, body composition, nutrition, and vital signs. ATR stores the data it imports, along with information you enter into the app such as goals, meals, body measurements, workouts, notes, templates, and reports, in the app's local SQLite database.

2. Integrations and information that may leave your device

Some optional features require a network connection. ATR only uses the integrations described below; it does not request data from discontinued integrations that are not listed here. Depending on the features you choose, ATR may use the following services:

3. App analytics, diagnostics, and subscriptions

ATR uses service providers to operate and improve the app:

4. Website information

If you apply for ATR beta access or join the waitlist, the website collects the information you submit: first name, email address, phone operating system, and, for the full application, optional phone model, selected wearables, selected fitness apps, selected nutrition apps, and optional goals or context.

We use this information to review beta applications, manage access and the waitlist, send application or invitation emails, understand the types of devices and routines our beta users have, and communicate about ATR. Website signup records are stored in Cloudflare's D1 database. Email delivery is provided by Resend, which receives the information needed to send those messages. We may also use Cloudflare's Workers, KV, and Pages services to host the website, process requests, rate-limit submissions, and protect the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Resend's Privacy Policy.

The website uses Cloudflare request information for security and rate limiting. A submission's source IP address is used for a limited rate-limit record that expires after one hour. The site does not use your health data for advertising, and we do not sell website signup information.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, when your browser requests those fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Retention, access, and deletion

Data stored locally by the app remains on your device until you delete it using available app controls or remove the app. Disconnecting an integration stops ATR from requesting new data from that integration, but it may not delete information already stored by the provider or already shared with a coach. You should also use the provider's or coach's deletion controls where applicable.

We keep website signup and invitation records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the beta, communicate with applicants, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with a website signup, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.

6. Security

ATR uses device-provided protections, secure storage for integration credentials and identifiers, encrypted network connections, and access controls appropriate to the services we operate. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

ATR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ATR's features, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required.
